Natural Host Ltd
Terms of service
In force from 2 November 2026
These terms describe how we take enquiries and how a contract with Natural Host Ltd comes into being. They are written for the way the firm actually works. They are not a substitute for advice on your own matter, or for a quote prepared for that matter.
Who contracts
The supplier is Natural Host Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, Companies House number 08777849, Unit 10 Enterprise Court, Farfield Park, S63 5DB Rotherham, United Kingdom, email office@naturalhost.co.uk.
These terms are written for business clients: companies and organisations. The work is international. If a consumer ever enters a contract, mandatory consumer rights still apply and these terms do not remove them.
What the work covers
- Consulting B2B: process diagnosis, reporting, Power BI, sorting out how data moves, CRM, ERP and systems built around how the firm works.
- Webdev: design and build of sites, shops and web systems.
- Looking after the server, email, domains, the certificate and backups.
What you read on the site is an invitation to talk, not a binding offer in contract law. Scope, timing and price come from a quote, or from an order accepted for that job.
A form is not a contract
Sending a contact form or a technical support report is an enquiry. It does not oblige either side to start work or to pay. A contract starts when the client accepts a Natural Host quote, or when both sides confirm the scope in writing, including by email.
The technical support form is for existing clients who already have a job that includes the technical environment. It does not open a new hosting order.
Doing the work
Work starts once the scope is agreed and we have what we need from the client: access, copy, decisions, materials. Dates in a quote run from the point those things are complete, unless the quote says otherwise.
The client gives information that matches the facts and has the right to use anything handed over for publication. Natural Host is not responsible for content the client supplies.
Fees
Price, currency and payment dates are in the quote or on the invoice. Tax is added to the ex-VAT amount where the law of the relevant country requires it. Late payment can pause the work, or publication, until the account is settled.
Rights in the work
Until the fee for a stage is paid in full, the intellectual property in work created in that stage stays with Natural Host. After payment the client receives the rights or the licence described in the quote, to the extent needed to use the agreed result.
Tools, method notes, our own components and configurations that Natural Host uses across clients stay the property of Natural Host. The client may use them as part of their own job.
Third-party software, themes, plugins and a supplier's hosting have their own licences. The client keeps to those licences.
Confidence
Each side keeps the other's information confidential where it is not public, and uses it only for the work. That duty does not cover information that must be disclosed by law, or that became public through no fault of the person who received it.
Liability
Natural Host carries out the work with the care of someone who does this for a living. We do not guarantee a particular place in search results, a particular level of sales, or uninterrupted networks and third-party services.
Natural Host's total liability for one job, however many events, is limited to the ex-VAT fees paid for that job in the 12 months before the event. The limit does not apply to loss caused deliberately, or to liability the law does not allow us to limit.
Neither side is liable for lost profit, unless the quote says otherwise or the law does not allow that exclusion.
Ending the work
Either side may end the work on the terms in the quote. If the quote is silent, notice by email is enough, and work already done stays done and stays payable. The client's materials and access are handed back once the account is settled.
Law and disputes
These terms, and contracts made under them, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules that give a consumer a different court.
If one term turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stay in force.
